ATB has named its annual swim meet in honour of our founder, Ted Roach. The 2023 Ted Roach Memorial SYC Meet, our 46th annual, was held on Sunday, January 29/23.

Training Schedule

Mondays: 8:30 pm - 9:45 pm
Wednesdays: 6:00 pm - 7:15 pm
Sundays: 10:00 am - 11:30 am

Meet Package & Results

The Alderwood Teddy Bares annually host the longest running swim meet in Ontario and the only short course yards meet in the province. Races are 10 percent shorter than at other meets and at least 33% more exciting! Lots of chances to set Ontario records, lots of great food, and we have a new bell to announce our bell prize heats!

Team Awards

Various members of the Alderwood Teddy Bares have received awards of all sorts over the many years of the team’s existence. These awards range from the Mountbatten Medal to winning age group at the Boston Marathon to our annual Sports Day awards to our team awards awarded annually.

Ted Roach — 45th Annual Teddy Bares Meet
